🪞 Release of Liability

By attending this retreat, you release the host, facilitators, and any affiliated partners from any and all liability for injury, illness, loss, damage, or emotional distress that may occur in connection with participation in this retreat, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

📸 Media Consent 

You understand that photos or video may be taken during the retreat for documentation, reflection, or promotional purposes. You may opt out of being included in any shared media by notifying the host in writing prior to or during the retreat.

🌙 Covenant of Respect

This retreat is a shared sacred space. You agree to participate with respect, accountability, and care for yourself and others. Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

PRICING AND PAYMENTS

Prices do not include travel or airport transfer.

Payment schedule depends on time of booking but will be clearly outlined on the retreat page and confirmation email:

• Payment option 1: Pay in full

• Payment option 2: Deposit + 2 equal payments due 90 and 60 days prior to the retreat​

• Final payment due 60 days prior to retreat start date. Late fee applies​​​​

• 5% late fee applies to first 5 days of non payment. 10% late fee applies to 6+ days of non payment. Failure to pay after 14 days results it forfeit of spot without refund​

• Full amount is due at time of registration if you book within 60 days of retreat start date​​

REFUND POLICY

Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any and all circumstances.

There will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, illness or unforeseen circumstances of any kind.

You may transfer your payment to another retreat, or request a full refund.
Please note, Coven retreats is not responsible for expenses incurred, including but not limited to, airfare, rental car, loss of work, and other costs associated with preparing for your trip. Purchasing travel protection is highly encouraged.
